Air Sponge Filters - Warranty

This AIR SPONGE^TM filter frame is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material FOREVER, as long as you continue to use genuine AIR SPONGE^TM pads in your frame.

If necessary AIR SPONGE FILTER COMPANY will repair or exchange, at their option, free of charge, F.O.B. our Coral Springs office, any filter frame which will appear defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover any filter frame which has been tampered with or altered in any way, or which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, corrosives, unusual operating conditions, accident or careless handling, heat in excess of 230 F., improper installation or repairs by anyone outside of AIR SPONGE FILTER COMPANY.
