Q:did this gift certificate create a charge on my credit card, or is it paid by points I accumulated. how can I redeem the certificate?

A: Your points can be redeemed by visiting your account page and scrolling down to the "Clean Air Credits" area. To the right of this area is a button to press that says "redeem" and this will bring you to a page where you can see what your points are valued towards.

A: The gift certificate number can only be used once and can be used on any order you choose. You are given a gift certificate code and that is put in the shopping cart area for it.

Q:Can this Certificate be applied to the order I just placed. I have points and would like to redeem for my order. Please advise.

A: The gift certificate needs to be purchased before the order is placed. Unfortunately once and order is placed it can not be applied to the account, it needs to be done during the order so that it gets applied to your account.

A: You need to place your order for the gift certificate first before you place your order. Your code is given to you after the order is placed so that you can use it on your next order.

Q:How do I receive the gift certificate? Is it to be applied to future purchases or can I use it immediately on an order that I want to place today?

A: Once you are logged into your account, scroll down on your account page and click on Clean Air Credits. You can order a gift certificate and once you get your gift certificate number you can then place and order and use it.

A: To redeem your points you need to go to your account page and click on redeem next to Clean Air Credits. On that page you can order the gift certificate with your points and then at that point you will be emailed a code to use on your next purchase.

Q:how do I reduce my order amount by redeeming the $25 gift certificate for 500 points ?

A: You need to redeem the points for the certificate and check out first so you can get the code to use. Then you can go back into your account and place your order to use the code.
